\u201cTowards the Concept of the European Crisis in general and in particular regarding the late opus of Dr. Janko Janeff (1900-1945)\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

“The European crisis is being analyzed through the Nietzschean Dionysus-and\/versus-Apollo optics. After a historical remark, a definition of crisis is proposed and consequently, three stages\/kinds of crisis consciousness are identified:\u00a0 a situational one as per Heidegger, an apocalyptic one as per Orwell and a quietist one as per Spengler. Afterwards a logical paradox that can be found in Nietzsche\u2019s notion of the Strong against the Weak opponents according to his Will-to-Power apparatus is briefly discussed and an exit out of the paradox is sought based on D-r Janeff\u2019s approach to find a zero point somewhere in the middle (while not forgetting the Socratic rationalistic irony as a third \u201cdimension\u201d, too) when the Dionysian and the Apollonian are concerned, belonging to a series of situational combinations between the principles of the Inner and the Outer on one side and the Active and the Passive on the other side, that is neither Ecstasis nor Enthusiasm.”<\/p>\n
