\/>\n<p>Slobodan Divjak<\/p>\n<p><strong>The hidden life relevance of philosophy<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this paper the author tries to show in a specific way the essential relevance of philosophy in human history and life. That is, he founds his thesis on the fact that there were essentially different civilizations in due course of previous world history. These civilizations differ one from another not only in their understanding of good life, but also in their approaches to philosophy. This testifies to a sort of connection between different understandings of the ways of life and different forms of philosophy. For example, when it comes to philosophy, there is the deepest difference between understandings of philosophy in the Western and non-Western countries, but the same thing applies also to inherent ways of life in these countries. Rom\u010devi\u0107<\/p>\n<p><strong>Foucault\u2019s genealogy as people\u2019s science<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This paper addresses the epistemological and methodological transformation by which the archeology which Foucault established in series of previous writings \u2013 The History of Madness, <em>The Birth of Clinic and Words and Things <\/em>\u2013 does not become rejected, as sometimes was thought, but is complemented with genealogy. According to Foucault from the end of 1960, the point was to test and ascertain the breaks with broad temporal units, with the totalities of culture and thus turn over history which, according to him, tried in its traditional form to remember monuments and turn them into documents, while nowadays (that is, once), he thought, history is something that turns documents into monuments evolving itself into archeology whose aim is intrinsic description of the monuments. However, the archeology, Foucault thinks, is not capable to carry out that intrinsic description unless the genealogy understood as Nietzschean <em>active<\/em> <em>histor<\/em>y (<em>Wirkliche Historie<\/em>) joins it. Without it, archeology is in danger to turn out itself in another scientific discourse, i.e. the collection of documents. Genealogy was conceived as matching scholarly knowledge with local, disqualified, underground knowledge and thus it becomes, Foucault says, <em>anti-science<\/em>. These are knowledge of people, not scholars, knowledge of \u201cpsychiatric patient, ill people, male nurses, doctors, but also parallel and marginal in comparison with the medical knowledge\u201d, so knowledge of those who are either low positioned in the hierarchy of the scientific institutions or are out of their reach. Starting from the three different approaches to future, three doctrines of temporality will be developed and the projections of the sociality derived from them will be examined. to changes which are growing faster and more unexpected and which influence the investigations of the international politics from different theoretical perspectives. From relatively unimportant issue in the field of political philosophy, the philosophy of the international relations has become in the several last decades one of the most growing research field which has yielded several important theories of the international relations. It has become prominent in the last two years. In the focus of interest of the philosophy of the international relations the main issue is how to apply the principles of morality and justice on putting in order the international relations. This issue is especially important nowadays when the world is on the great turning point and faces the great challenges and threats. Nowadays the most important global processes are marked with great dangers which have interrupted thirty years long period of global stability and progress. The last two years are marked with processes which radically change previous political, economic and safety relations in the world and significantly impact the reflections of, that is, philosophy of the international relations. The first of all we refer to COVID-19 pandemic, American efforts to keep its global leadership, strengthening of the international role of China, repositioning of Russia from Europe to Asia and arms race, especially of nuclear weapons. We are not yet sure if COVID-19 pandemic has ended and we already face its huge consequences for the whole world. The end of war in Ukraine is uncertain as well as the possibilities of its spreading on the other states. The effects this war has already produced for the global politics and economy are already incalculable. Only these two global problems have severely affected the changes in the world and repositioning of many states, especially great powers. Therefore USA is redefining its foreign and domestic politics trying to consolidate the consequences of its retreat from Afghanistan and it thus strengthens its influence in Europe and Asia, where it enters in confrontation with Russia and China which keeps strengthen its economy and projects its soft power in global community. It is certain that we face the period of new multipolarism as framework for solving new as well as the old global problems. Previous safety threats like terrorism, organized crime, hybrid threats, proliferation of weapons for mass destruction, cyber threats will continue affecting not only the safety of certain countries, but of the global community. The historical trends have been going in that direction from the beginning of 1970 when, after 600 years, irreversibly has started the process of historical demise of the existing world (capitalistic) system, that is, the process of tectonic splitting disturbance of the world, when it became clear that inside the framework of that dying system did not exist any longer either the solution or way out for the mankind. Therefore, there has been waging war for the world after 2050 for half a century on all three \u2018levels\u2019 of history, both vertically and horizontally. If that world will\u00a0 be the same, still worse or better, in the most literal sense of the word depends on things which all the actors on the big stage of world affairs have done, are doing and what they will do in the years to come. the question of contemporary relation of theory, intellectuals, praxis and development of human society. The threat of nuclear conflict is taken as an incentive and an overview or a cross-section in ontological and epistemological sense. The background of the reconsideration is the influence of the crisis in the sixties upon the actual situation, in the first place regarding the role of the intellectuals. The very possibility of sustainability of the abstract determination of the intellectual is questioned, as well as some typical figures (Chomsky, Kissinger, \u017di\u017eek), and the horizon of responsibility of the intellectuals in conteporary global processes.
